About Us

This family-run business was started during lockdown 2020. 

Claire Bell transformed an old hay barn into a Covid-safe space for under-5s to play and interact, and for parents to socially distance.

As Covid restrictions relaxed, Dumbreck Outdoor Playbarn was able to open up to older children and added additional play resources in order to create a stimulating outdoor environment - with the added benefit of a shelter - where children aged 1-8 can invent, explore and have fun.
